How to Order Delivery Time Delivery Charges Contact Us Delivery Traps are sent via Royal Mail, Evri, APC or Haulier Small traps are sent via Royal Mail (normally 2-3 working days) Medium sized orders are sent with EVRI or APC Large orders are sent via Pallet or Haulier A signature will be required on delivery Delivery will be between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (not UK public holidays) Orders are processed the same day and are usually despatched the same working day. We aim to deliver next working day from receiving your order so most items should be with you in 1 to 3 working days from placing your order, if we hold the items in stock (97% are in stock) NOTE We only attempt delivery twice, further attempts or changes of delivery address after despatch will be charged at cost. If you are not going to be in to receive the delivery have it delivered to someone that will be in or your work address or state where the driver can leave the parcel safe
If you are not in
when our couriers try to deliver they will leave a yellow card with
"we have a parcel for you" on it. You must telephone the number
on the card and quote your parcel number to arrange another delivery attempt
when you will be in, OR ask
for the parcel to be left safe. Delivery
charge is calculated on item weight and or volume. For large orders ask for quote Delivery to other countries is available and an approximate charge is shown in the basket for European deliveries please ask for a quote for countries outside the EU
